It’s not so easy, but it’s not so difficult, I think confidence isn’t a state, it’s a process, and showing up in situations where you might fail/get embarrassed/look stupid, numbs you to any negative feeling that might come, and this builds your courage gradually Consistently doing this, helps build confidence

I’m not very surprised by this results. Social anxiety is a real thing, boys/girls are truly paralyzed by the idea of a refusal. Even if we continue to say that “failure” is part of the growth process, the social failure is not acceptable for too many.
