reactions when i tell people i have internet friends (hi @nonlinear.eth) range from scoff to laughter.
truth is: my farcaster friendships grew from trust built over hundreds of interactions in a place where freedom of expression and thought is encouraged, where online and offline selves can (and should) be continuous.
