Honest question: Why do creators need Base (or any onchain platform) for these things? Most creators will sacrifice censorship resistance for scale 100% of the time. With all the problems Base is uniquely positioned to solve, this looks like a solution in search of a problem.

GENIUS, Base x Shopify, Stripe x Privy, EigenCloud x verifiable off chain data. Crypto is entering the consumer payment stack in a massive way. CEXs are to crypto what AOL was to the internet, both are walled gardens which are necessary stepping stones, but have their own obsolescence baked in. If you lived through the late ‘90s/early ‘00s this hits hard.

I have a wireframe already built for this, plus over a decade of Main Street entrepreneur experience and a pretty extensive background in crypto public policy to sort through the regulatory issues. 16. I call it "CLIC" Community Led Investment Capital. Customers can support their favorite local places by buying into their token. Small businesses get a much needed, highly-efficient capital formation rail. Customers get a whole new loyalty experience and get to invest in something they love but still enjoy high liquidity and not have to be an "accredited investooooor".
