Can't hit the gym today? Shut up and walk.
Went from being a "gym or nothing" guy to hitting 15k steps daily. My anxiety dropped, sleep improved, and I actually got leaner than when I was just lifting weights and being sedentary the rest of the day.
But here's the real kicker - you don't need fancy workout plans or $200 shoes. Just move your lazy ass more than you did yesterday.
Get up. Walk to the store instead of driving. Take the stairs. Pace during phone calls.
