Three phases of proving:
1️⃣ Proposal Block Sequencing: Bundle transactions are included in all rollups' blocks.
2️⃣ State Execution: The execution of transactions by all rollups is valid.
3️⃣ Finalized Block Sequencing: All rollups have correctly reconstructed the block.
