Killing the buyback narrative would be a huge mistake. We ended up here because teams spent everything on themselves and left token holders wrecked. For most projects, “reinvest” just means repeating that same story. The only time reinvestment makes sense is when there’s clear proof that $1 spent turns into $2 — which then leads to much bigger buybacks later. IMO, we’re not there yet. Trust in tokens still isn’t earned, and most of the space is still grift-heavy.
BTC short here. SL: 94,700. This is a range deviation play. We’re sitting at the top of the range, so I’m hedging my alt longs with a BTC short. Invalidation is clean and well-defined. There’s strong confluence with a CME gap below — high odds (~80%) we move to fill that gap first, then look for a reaction. Purely tactical. Manage risk accordingly.

ETH/BTC is the real tell. It’s still holding long-term support and grinding higher, slowly. No euphoria. No breakout yet. Just pressure building. That’s usually how the best moves start. When ETH/BTC finally expands, most people will notice way too late.
