I’ve up leveled significantly every year by intentionally choosing where to dig, what to look for, what to optimize, and keeping myself accountable with all sorts of techniques. I do this every Dec- specifically the last 2 weeks, where I try to review the current year, decide the overarching strategy for the next, and break down personal milestones for the next 52 weeks. I guess, one of the most significant things I’ve noticed is how my spirituality has evolved alongside. The theme for 2022 was tackling the existential crises, -23 was about discovery, -24 was about intentionality, -25 was about “now” Every year has built a layer on my identity, I’ve pushed myself to reinforce and correct my beliefs wherever and whenever necessary Life has changed quite dramatically over the last decade
