Spring is a time of awakening, but sometimes it seems that nature is waking up alone, while you are still stuck somewhere between winter sleep and an endless "I don't want anything." Outside, there is sunshine, green buds, and the smell of rain and fresh air. However, inside, you feel tired, lazy, and reluctant to move. There are many words used to describe this state, such as "burnout," "apathy," and "melancholy." However, the underlying message is that your brain needs a break. Perhaps it is simply a springtime disruption in your systems, as your body adjusts to the new light, temperature, and rhythm. And while everything is being rebuilt, the simplest desires sound like truth: "I want to sleep. I want to be silent. I want to do nothing."
