Delicate cheesecakes
Ingredients: cottage cheese 9% 360 g, 1 small egg, sugar 1.5 tbsp., vanilla sugar or extract to taste, salt pinch, semolina 1.5-2 tbsp., rice flour 2 tbsp.
Preparation:
1. Blend cottage cheese with egg, sugar, salt and vanilla until smooth.
2. Mix. Add the semolina and leave it for 10 minutes to swell.
3. Add the rice flour. The mixture should be soft but hold its shape.
4. Use a cup to shape the cheese pancakes and lightly coat them with rice flour.
5. Fry them over medium heat, covered, until they are golden brown.
