I almost skipped a closed beta for signalboard.xyz because I thought I’d already ironed everything out. Felt like I’d thought of everything, so what could go wrong, right? Turns out… not everything! Found a bunch of bugs and edge cases real users surfaced. Lesson learned: closed betas definitely make sense.
