Physical exercise releases dopamine - a major feel-good hormone, related to pleasure, satisfaction and motivation. It reduces anxiety, depression and improves your mood fast.

Berlin winter tip 01: been living in Berlin for 10 years. Best hot chocolate by far is at Cafe Katulki. It's just one of those perfect mood-boosting little things. Great chat there yesterday with @y0b, who showed me Katulki years ago for the first time plus half of the stuff that makes Berlin so cool. :)
