I stumbled into EIP7503 on X via the 7,503 free mint and it flipped my mental model of privacy on #Ethereum. Instead of mixers, you burn ETH to an unspendable address, then use zk-SNARKs to remint value to a fresh, unlinkable wallet. Onchain it looks gone, offchain you can privately prove ownership. Native privacy, not an add-on $WORM takes it live: Private Proof-of-Burn → BETH receipts → capped issuance windows every 30 mins → 21M supply, no premine, no inflation. Backed by provable ETH destruction. Research-first with ties to EF, Optimism, zk privacy groups, and ~$150k $160k raised so far What I did: minted the EIP-7503 NFT, wrote an explainer to qualify for the contributor Soulbound and future $WORM airdrop, joined the Discord to watch an epoch play out. Seeing BETH compete for issuance made the “scarcity from destruction” click. Privacy with real economic cost is a different game Who else here is testing the burn→proof→remint flow?
