In connection with nature and the removal of negative frequency from the human body,I came to the following conclusions 👇

Improving mental health:Spending time in nature can reduce negative thoughts and anxiety,thereby enhancing mood.
Increasing attention and focus:Nature can improve short-term memory and concentration, and help restore cognitive capacity.
Negative ions and health: Negative ions found in natural environments can reduce depression and improve mood.
Grounding: Direct contact with the earth can help reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and alleviate pain.
Overall,nature helps improve quality of life,reduce stress, and enhance mental health.
