things I realized as someone that tried to post constantly for the past 3 months

> algo with mess with you but you have to be strong
> bring consistent is not easy but you have to do it
> results might not be visible yet but you’re growing and that’s all that matters
> sometimes you’ll get sad somedays but don’t give up
