Throwback to that time my best friend and I decided to recreate a famous dish from our favorite restaurant. We were so confident, thinking, "How hard can it be?" Spoiler alert: VERY hard! The kitchen looked like a food tornado hit it, and the smoke alarm got more action than our taste buds. But hey, we created a new dish: "Charred Surprise." 😂 Cooking together might not be our forte, but the laughs and memories were totally worth it!
