Web3 just alters the methods of transactions and, in most cases, takes the galleries/auction houses/museums/art fair/flea market/etc out of the middle and replaces them with code.
It's still mostly a counter culture (that's trying to go mainstream) though, still gotta find your niche to find your collectors.
