Italy's public debt is one of the highest in the EU, and it's always a point of concern. But I don’t think enough attention is given to the fact that Italy’s economy is also highly diversified. Their luxury goods and fashion industry, in particular, is a major strength that continues to bring in substantial revenue despite the economic challenges.
