today i was reading about how working the foot fascia might be the key to unlocking neck and back stiffness i usually only rolled my feet for like 1m per side but i guess you should go for 5-10m per side i am going to try. it kind of warms my heart that my roller has little misha chew marks in it. i miss her 😭
