It absolutely is! For now it's making Punks more liquid by guaranteeing that any punk holder can always sell for at least `address(PUNKSTR).balance` (which grows until it buys the cheapest punk). Then by listing it for 20% more, it sets a max floor price for people who'd want to buy a punk.
