Most networks decide how your transactions enter. Syndicate lets you decide. The Syndicate Mempool is a highly available, scalable entry layer for transactions—built for the horizontally scalable future of Ethereum. Here's how it works ↓

Public mempools are fading—replaced by private builders capturing order flow. Syndicate reintroduces a forkable, permissionless mempool anyone can operate, ensuring transparency and resilience at the entry layer.

Syndicate decouples the Mempool instead of hardcoding transaction flow into the Sequencer. It becomes an independent, configurable entry layer powered by Valkey—so each appchain controls how transactions enter, balancing performance, privacy, and decentralization.

This design gives developers complete control over how transactions enter their network: –– Automatic batching to reduce costs –– Configurable submission timing –– Optional privacy through self-hosted or isolated mempools –– No dependency on shared queues

The Syndicate Mempool lets everything get onchain––filtered and finalized by each @arbitrum-powered appchain. It’s how appchains gain control at the entry layer—scalable to handle any volume, ready to power the networks of the future.

I wouldn’t call this a mempool. Ethereum’s mempool means public, peer-to-peer propagation of transactions with censorship resistance coming from node redundancy. This is an optional pre-sequencer inbox with 1 entity (syndicates sequencer) in between. I think it’s great for app chains but shouldn’t be confused with ethereums guarantees.
