Here is a quick hack summary:
- Get an eye vision prescription “from the US” for my Karl Zeiss lens fit out
- Get a US SIM card phone number to receive 2FA codes
- Use a family member US address
- Open the Apple ID on a US device (all mine are already attached to a NZ Apple ID and are geo locked)
