Cool concept. The developers I met in Dubai all had in-house contracting and property management—helps them stay in control with how fast they build. I mostly met big players, so not sure about mid-size ones. They might be more open to contracting out.

Properties registered through the Dubai Land Department (DLD) are on their blockchain. It’s part of their Smart Government push and their legal system for title transfer.
