The rain finally stopped and the weather was beautiful, so I went for a run outside. As it gets colder, I plan to lower the training intensity and focus on increasing my overall training volume. That’s the key to getting through the cold winter injury-free. 🤩 A thorough warm-up before running is a must! 🏃🏻
🏃🏻 Today's training is a jog. Jogging is really important for marathon training. Even though it's 2°C, I have to go out and run. 🥶 I bought a new pair of Puma shoes for jogging. I'm super satisfied because they have great responsiveness and cushioning! Oh! The shoes are the Puma 'Velocity Nitro 4' 👟🐆
I went to Dung-i Sanghoe with my family for dinner tonight. It’s one of the best spots in Ansan-si where you can enjoy Hanwoo (Korean beef) at a relatively affordable price. The Doenjang-sulbap (soybean paste stew with rice) at the end is a must! 😋
It was raining today, so I ran on the treadmill🏃🏻 Even with the rain, I can't rest because the Daegu International Marathon Full Course is only 87 days away. Today's session was a recovery run to flush out lactic acid🔥 Did you know that a light run is actually good for recovery?
