Another day, another regulatory fail: 1. Get off plane, 8m from destination. 2. No signage for trains - ok taking Uber. 3. Cab-only queue - ok screw it. 4. First cab says No, that’s too short, I’ve been waiting for 2 hrs. 5. Last cab says No, only first can take. I’m walking…🫡 Can you guess the city?
Close-ish but no - the clue is in how I called the cab :)
Having transparency around it would be great - who you recommend vs not is such a critical step function to success here, it would be interesting to know what the threshold is right now. Obviously with transparency you increase the chance of people gaming the system - but that’s not a good reason for the lack of it.
