The Einsberg case is quite interesting if it would occur in EU as well. Interestingly, not within scope of Micar, but of the MAR (probably MiFID financial instruments). (1/2)

Reading 'Read, Write, Own' by @cdixon.eth and it feels like a revelation. It brings together lots of stuff I already knew about blockchain in a way that gives me a bigger picture I up to now couldn't quite grasp on my own. Everyone who wants to know what #web3 is about, read it.
