there's this type of person in tech, finance, and media that's spend the past 2-3 generations having their way. problem with those industries is that the lifestyle depends on narrative of its participants, who said what, who has dirt, and which social circle is on cheerleading duty. what shows up in public to milk retail is child's play. everyone's desperate to get rich quick, as the lava rises. behind the curtain and in the groupchats, there's this kind of personality that imagines themselves as such nobility performing such abstract feats of goodness, they expect loyalty. but not actual loyalty from the real world. they want silence when they want it, deception by dilution for their tribal agenda, retaliation for whoever's an obstacle, feedback and advice when they order it. the world is supposed to bend in their favor, because they weren't lucky and in the right place at the right time. don't you know they're blessedly special? how dare someone speak their own mind, pointing out what bothers them?

this is "trust me, finance bro" logic any holding company must be solvent it is a pure embellishment to tell the public that the ETH is permanently burned IT IS ALSO CENTRALIZED AND OFFCHAIN so point 3 is lazy sophist whataboutism but try explaining this to someone whose income depends on preaching to the choir out of ignorance maybe, given how they treat everyone who isn't engineers and researchers feeding the MLM and panopticon schemes, as second-class subjects it is actual malice.

this is what a majority of the population hates about west coast culture, especially silicon valley. nice, but not kind. and then we see the entire racket is run by monsters like Harvey Weinstein and Sam Altman. the only people who get destroyed are the victims and those that cannot force themselves to silently stand by.

not a surprise that bluesky is filled with people suffering from narcissistic personality disorder. farcaster was much saner before it went permissionless and suffered the moxiepocalypse and electoral defeat if only the protocol devs and community leaders had the integrity and respect for the free marketplace of ideas but they're in a race to the bottom to where the artificial companions are.
