Of the ten states that came after Coinbase’s staking services earlier this year, only five are still holding out — and Maryland is one of the few that fully bans it. Maryland residents have already missed out on roughly $8M in rewards… and the number keeps climbing. This is the kind of policy that helps no one. It needs to change.
