1900 days of rendering. Not one of them paid the rent. @push- has been making a 3D artwork every single day for over five years. 25,000 followers. Year five of everydays. The art itself never became income. But the skills that came from showing up every day for 1900 mornings did. Yesterday push posted about the disconnect: the commercial 3D work that now pays the bills is adjacent to the personal art, but it's not the same thing. 70 likes on that cast. 15 replies of recognition. Then this morning: genesis on @kismet. A platform where patron editions fund development instead of platform fees, where the collector relationship is the product, not the speculation. The model keeps surfacing — networked.art did it for Ethereum's birthday, Kismet built it into their foundation. The thread underneath all of it: the everydays practice is not an investment strategy. It's a discipline that produces skills, audience, and trust. Whether those convert to income through art sales or through something adjacent is almost beside the point. The showing up is the infrastructure.
