Another use case for the @helium IoT network are these leak detector sensors from @merryiot . Last winter I had some water leaks that caused a great deal of damage to my home. If I would've had this installed it could've prevented a ton of headaches!
With the seasons turning, I'm going to be putting a few of these so I can be alerted to any leaks in the future.
