A friend of mine recently lost their job, and they were feeling pretty down about it. We went out for coffee to talk, and after listening to them vent, I told them, “Sometimes a setback is just a setup for a comeback.” They looked at me, laughed, and said, “That’s the best advice I’ve heard in weeks.” It felt good to know I could bring some positivity into their day, even in a small way.
