For those struggling during this holiday season I have one thing to say... It will get better. (And worse! Then better again! Just like those charts!) This is coming from a guy who has lost everything before burying his first born son. (Years ago) Life is worth living and some of my best moments have come after my worst. Life is not only good it is the only thing worth living! Hope that makes sense somehow and if you need to talk to a stranger who has had a more fucked up life then you (not a challenge, just fact) and came out the other side... DM and reach out.
