Customer service. A lot of you pay lip service and think you know what that entails. Here is a story... My younger years were wild in a way you can not understand. My mother had to move me across half the country to give me a chance at life. When I landed I worked a few meaningless jobs and got hired on with a trucking firm. This company was different. EVERY employee (janitor, accountant, area manager) after like 2 weeks got a plane ticket to visit where it all began. Tour of corporate offices, meet with the president, red carpet type shit. And that was the beginning. We learned how EVERY cog in the machine depended on the others. From the smallest to the largest it was a perfect symphony ending with the final cog... The happy customer that was not just willing, not just able, not just satisfied enough to provide the oil (cash + references) that kept the company profitable... But growing exponentially in such a way we started filling the planes heading toward our parent city. 👇👇👇
