I always try to fit in an afternoon walk after a longrun. It's never too enjoyable in the moment, but always makes me feel more mobile the next day

Yeah walking is an essential part of my recovery. I honestly don't even stretch 🙈 Just walk every morning before I do anything active, and in the afternoon if I need to shake the legs out. But movement is key for me, I feel like laying on the couch all day after a big run just makes things tighten up more 🤷‍♂️
