Nice. Set a PB 2 weeks ago myself of 16:38… got me covered!
1. Join a running club 2. Parkrun is every Saturday morning @8am - worth doing 3. If you have a running buddy already, make a set day and meet up time each week for accountability. 4. Weird, but works for me. Roll out of bed and put chafe cream on my balls... hard to get back into bed after that! haha
