Whoa! 2k a day is a loooot. I assume you did a plenty of outlining/planning before shooting for 2k days?
If you’re editing, and need more structure, perhaps you could sit down with the goal to edit/refine one scene a day? Or depending on the your works’ structure, one chapter a day, etc. GL!
