IMHO $ORCL is different than $AVGO - as the former needs to explain their debt raise and did nothing on the Q to address despite strong fundamentals. AVGO numbers just reinforced a $14 EPS story for F/27. Even with margins lower bc of mix. $7B left on BB i bet he's buying.
