The way someone expresses themselves can reveal a lot about their intentions.
This doesn't sound like well-intended, constructive feedback.
I'd suggest to give more weight to voices that actually communicate their thoughts in a clear, respectful manner. Expressed like this, chances are high that it's just noise.
