France has a lot of issues
Definitely traffic in Paris they can be very heavy.
It’s clear France offers more innovation and all these alternatives tunnels / highways .. but all of them come at heavy costs mostly for the ones with lowest incomes who have to pay 10€/ trip to go some alternative way..
I think there is some truth to what he says but also some naive and simplistic view
