IMO #1 people who say decentralization doesn’t matter should check their privileges. it’s likely they’ve never lived under circumstances where they felt oppressed, gatekept, undermined by a centralized, authoritarian system, and they represent less than 1% of the world’s population. there’s a whole lot of world out there beyond our little crypto bubble. that world is getting increasingly unstable every day, slowly pulling us out of our cushy comfort zones, affecting both our daily lives and economies, crashing our markets. i’m not against the entertainment value of memes, casinos, etc. but real growth will come once we align incentives with the 99% of the world, not the elite 1% trying to grab max power before everything falls apart. there are so many users out there who can actually benefit from this technology which provides amazing opportunities to builders who want real growth. use it ffs.
