There’s something incredibly powerful about what happens when an early-stage builder is truly taken seriously. When you give them your scarce time and attention, engage deeply with what they’re building, help make it better, then give them the resources and agency to keep pushing it forward. That’s how you accelerate innovation from the ground up. And there are some good humans in this ecosystem quietly doing exactly that, without ceremony or expectation of recognition. Tonight I got a reminder of that so I’m going to bed smiling. Gn 💛
