This is never a universal answer. But one heuristic: if users hate your product but articulate a need for a solution like the one you intended, that’s ok - you can iterate based on feedback. If users are indifferent, run away.

Fully permissionless social will always end that way, esp w SocialFi / airdrop farming in Frames No amount of Points will change that The question becomes - what architecture for social applications would best augment and unlock the true power of Web3: permissionless ownership and money?
