What Is FHE?
Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) allows data to remain encrypted even while it’s being processed.
In other words:
> You can compute on encrypted data without ever decrypting it.
It’s like being able to bake a cake without ever opening the recipe, the system can perform the task without seeing the ingredients.
