Quick thoughts on the Horner news. Really tough to say right now why exactly they dropped him *mid* season. That's a big deal after everything he's helped them achieve over 20 years. Time will tell if this was a) to save Max b) because they lost Max c) Jos / Helmut coup d) allegations. Two other key personnel also departed today. Chief marketing officer Oliver Hughes and Group Director of Communications Paul Smith. Sus. Christian now knows what Danny Ric felt at Singapore. Sucks to be dropped mid season. Rooting for Mekies to shine as RB TP! He has after all been leading the more dominant RB team this season. Last year's silly season walked so this year's could run. Brace yourselves. This is the end of an era for RB.

Damn I didn’t know CMO and Comms Director were also let go. It must have been something serious for RB to drop Chris mid season especially with his 20 year track record. You would think they would at least allow him to finish the season. It’s sad to see Christian leave after all the great work he has done with RB and Max. Obviously it’s been a tough couple years and hope with new leadership things can turn around. However, I still feel bad for Chris having to be forced out mid season like this. That news couldn’t have felt good
