Moon Cats Beneath the velvet cloak of night, Three Sphinx cats, white with gilded light, Glide silently through the shadowed trees, Whispering secrets to the midnight breeze. Their golden sheen, a lunar glow, Reflects where silver rivers flow. Silent sentinels, they softly tread, Their paws on moss, like whispers spread. They pause upon the forest’s crest, The moon’s pale gaze their honored guest. Eyes like lanterns, wide and bright, Drink in the nectar of the night. Their forms, unearthly, sleek, divine, Seem carved by hands beyond our time. Gold gilded crests, like crowns they wear, As if the stars had kissed them there. The moon, their queen, in silken hue, Bows low to them through skies of midnight blue. A silent pact, a timeless lore— These cats are keepers of tales of yore. And as the forest holds its breath, No sound, no stir, no trace of death, The Moon Cats linger, poised, supreme, Ethereal dancers in a starlit dream. ~SRC 🔗 👇
