What is the easiest way to mint and send soul bound NFTs?

ah yeah good point. we wanted it to be ERC721Votes compatible in case anyone wanted to run an experiment with a governor bravo, that was a constraining factor

I didn’t see a non transferable option on manifold, but possible I missed it
