FC needs to lift the playbook from every big China social apps which algo-amplify the reach of new users so that they build a following fast and get interactions from early posts.
People will join things that have amazing early experience or can make them famous or make them money.
Any friction on onboarding, confusing channels and a post shared that gets no comments = dead account.
