CESS node is built on Substrate, a framework for creating blockchain applications, and uses Polkadot for interoperability and scalability.
To run a CESS node, you need to install the CESS development environment, generate keys for Substrate using the SS58 address encoding format,and launch the node on the cess-hacknet.
