I'm not sure how many of you knew I was pregnant, but: I had the baby! it's been an ordeal — I lost a lot of blood in a postpartum hemorrhage, and my newborn had to be whisked off to the NICU for respiratory distress. Thankfully he has figured out how to breathe, so now we're working on feeding before he can come home I'm on maternity leave until March, so I'm not going to be Splits-posting so much, but maybe I will abruptly pivot to baby + toddler posts? Idk. Anyway, hi!
