Here is one from last weekend’s “meditation”: Clear your mind, better yet - no mind. Focus on one signal, one feeling - to go towards the light. Third eye pressure, see an amorphous dot. Trying to grasp and focus or understand pulls you out. Just let it happen. This is a real phenomenon. It is the voluntary suspension of ego without assistance.
