Here is one from last weekend’s “meditation”: Clear your mind, better yet - no mind. Focus on one signal, one feeling - to go towards the light. Third eye pressure, see an amorphous dot. Trying to grasp and focus or understand pulls you out. Just let it happen. This is a real phenomenon. It is the voluntary suspension of ego without assistance.

an·ar·chy - term first seen during the mid 16th century: via medieval Latin from Greek anarkhia, from anarkhos, from an- ‘without’ + arkhos ‘chief, ruler’, literally means “no masters”. Without masters there are no slaves. The natural state of humanity is liberty. This does not mean chaos.
