Proud of @arbitrum team’s performance today at the Uniswap Cup, especially how we ended up advancing to the knockout round!
A recap:
Game #1 vs @aave: Tied 0-0 at halftime. Quickly gave up a goal and then lost 2-0. Bummer of a start.
Game #2 vs @celo: We were down 2-1 and ended up with a tying goal. Hype!! We needed a result here.
Game #3 vs Espacio Crypto: We were at the bottom of the standings with just 1 point, but had a chance. We needed to win, and win by several goals. We did just that and won 4-1, advancing with 4 points and 1 more goal difference than @celo!! This was our peak moment.
Round of 16 vs @acrossprotocol: They had a goal difference of over 20 in the group stage. We knew it would be tough. The goals came early. We were down 3-0 at halftime, which ended up being the final score as they pulled their starters for the second half.
